Summery:

Jason Bourne has injuries and is running away from Russian law enforcement officers but at the same time he keeps on seeing scenes of himself in Operation Treadstone. Later, Pam also said to Director Ezra Kramer the confession made by late Ward Abbott who was once in charge of Treadstone. A reporter named Simon Ross figures out more about Operation Blackbriar that replaced Treadstone.

As a result for talking about Blackbriar, CIA listens in on Ross’s conversation while Bourne sets up a rendezvous with him near Waterloo station in London; still nevertheless, Paz who is a hitman for Blackbriar kills Ross following orders from Vosen who is his boss; then he traces the operation back to its source which was Madrid by seeking help from Nicky Parsons, a former Treadstone agent. In collaboration they evade arrest of CIA and tracks down to Tangier where Bourne kills Desh, an agent of Black briar but at the same time fails at saving Neal Daniels, a source for CIA.

Later on leaders with CIA go down when Blackbriar’s existence aspect come to the public eye, and media houses start reporting that Bourne’s corpse has not been found. Nicky Parsons smiles knowingly, hinting that Bourne has survived.
